appointment just a date I could put on their lot. Again never told this just to bring the camper on the day they would be able to look at it and I'd know something by noon and at three pm on the day of I was told something completely different and if I didn't like it too come get it. That's some awesome customer service don't you think?!?! I was informed this post would be deleted by the lady at the desk so hopeful people are able to see this first. What's the point in reviews if you can't let people know your experience Google?

Horrible customer service. They are great of course during the sale; However after the sale is complete good luck getting any help from them. Two weeks after purchasing our camper we had problems. Every time I call i get the same response: "I will have so-and-so call you back". "oh you need to talk to so-and-so but they are not here, I'll leave a message for them". After weeks of getting this response, I finally talked to the owner Gary. Well what do you know.......same response from him. "I will look into this and call you back tomorrow". Of course its been a few days and still no word. EDIT: after posting this, I received a call and my issue was resolved. However, it was not the most pleasant conversation.

Horrible customer service and communication skills. After ordering a 375.00 dollar awning it came in wrong size and I was informed it was my fault I ordered the wrong size. My husband measures the fabic from the one on our camper and the fabic was a 17" and that was what I told the gentleman when I ordered. Well apparently they don't measure from fabic they measure from some rubber pieces you can't see until you remove everything. So now I'm stuck with a 375.00 awning I can't use. My question was if they knew of this, why not verify with the customer they are measuring the bands also being they are not visable. When I asked this I was told to leave. I suggest if you needed something for your RV just grin and bear it and make the drive to where you know your gonna get all the info needed to place an order such as an awning. They also do not keep there appointment correctly. I was given an appointment and when I took my camper and left it and called back hours later for my estimate I was told it wants a real
