There is no communication between employees. The wrong area of my should was treated for the first two weeks. The PT ordered more advanced exercises and I had to ask the PTA to give them to me. I was never reevaluated until I completed 60 days, and my 60 day eval was not complete. I've been to PT before.. and this was a bad experience. Not to mention the extremely loud environment. I won't be returning.
Very compassionate staff members. The Physical Therapist I am working with is very knowledgeable in the field of study. I have been to a number of PT offices including the one at the VA's and I feel that the place has an ambiance of a spa instead of a PT office, wonderful for those who suffer from PTSD and loud noises. Will continue to go back to them for my needs in Physical Therapy and would recommend them to others.
It's a wonderful place the staff are amazing very thoughtful and caring the pool is nice clean and warm for sore bodies in need of heat I would definitely go back if I needed to again praying I never need to
