My daughter and her family moved in here. These homes are really nice, and budget friendly. You can own them in 10 yrs.
Courtesy, kindness and dignity from upper management would greatly improve the general sense of oppressiveness and discouragement. Residents would thrive from uplifting communications, interactions, incentives and wholesome activities which encourage a peaceful environment. The entrance is flanked by large beautiful fields which could be converted into a park with a pool area and a community center and would be the first thing visitors encountered upon entering. Life is difficult and with a little TLC for residents the community could be a pleasant sanctuary.
